This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how much delivery costs and how long it takes. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Delivery cost
Delivery is a flat £20 per order to UK mainland addresses, however many items you order. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay. All prices, including delivery, are in pounds sterling (GBP). No VAT is added because we are not VAT registered.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Our £20 flat rate applies to UK mainland addresses in England, Wales and mainland Scotland.
Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, any UK island (for example the Scottish islands, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly) and Northern Ireland cost more and take longer to arrange. Please contact us for a quote before ordering if your address is in one of these areas. Email support@eravelle.uk with the product(s) you are interested in and your full postcode, and we will reply with a delivery price and estimated timescale. If you are not sure whether your postcode is covered by the £20 flat rate, please ask us before ordering.
If an order for one of these areas is placed without a quote, we will contact you before dispatch to agree the delivery cost. If you do not wish to pay it, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.
We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
Processing and dispatch
We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm (UK time), at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days, so most orders arrive within 3–6 business days in total.
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally a delivery may take longer, for example because of courier delays, severe weather or events outside our control. If we expect a delay, we will let you know by email as soon as possible. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order (or any later date we agree with you), you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we email you the tracking details so you can follow your delivery. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and billing email address.
Receiving your delivery
Stoves are heavy items. Please make sure someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the delivery, and that you have help to move the stove safely once it has been delivered. Please check that your delivery address, including postcode and phone number, is correct at checkout.
Please inspect the packaging and goods on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can put it right quickly. Please do not install or use a stove that appears damaged. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Missed deliveries
If you are not in when the courier calls, they will usually leave a card or send a message explaining how to rearrange delivery. If you have any difficulty, contact us and we will help.
Risk and ownership
The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you (or to someone you nominate to receive them). Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment.
