Track Order

Check the status of your Eravelle order.

When your order is dispatched, we email you the courier’s tracking details so you can follow your delivery. To check the current status of your order, enter your order number and the billing email address you used at checkout below.

  • Your order number is in your order confirmation email.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 2–4 business days after dispatch (3–6 business days in total).

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
