An independent stove retailer from Liverpool
Eravelle is an independent online retailer of wood burning and multi-fuel stoves, based in Liverpool. We are a small business run by Jean-Claude Bouchet, and we sell to customers across the UK.
We started Eravelle with a simple aim: to make buying a stove straightforward. That means clear prices in pounds sterling, a single flat delivery charge, honest product information and a real person to talk to when you have a question.
The brands we sell
We stock stoves from established manufacturers including Arada, Stovax, Charnwood, Saltfire and Ekol. Product specifications, including heat output, efficiency and dimensions, come from the manufacturers, so you can compare models with confidence.
How we work
- Clear UK pricing: prices are shown in GBP and are the final price. No VAT is added because we are not VAT registered.
- Simple delivery: a flat £20 per order to UK mainland addresses, dispatched within 1–2 business days, with most orders arriving within 3–6 business days.
- 30-day returns: return unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Secure checkout: card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Real support: contact us by email or phone, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (UK time), excluding bank holidays.
Installation and safety
Wood burning and multi-fuel stoves must be installed by a qualified installer (for example, a HETAS-registered installer) in line with UK Building Regulations Part J and the manufacturer’s instructions. We sell stoves but do not install them.
Our stoves listed as EcoDesign Ready meet Ecodesign 2022 standards where stated by the manufacturer. Please check each product’s details before ordering.
